For Paula's Choice I was lead FE developer for a year. This was a combination of developing new features, optimising existing code and redesigning some components. I also participated in so-called Super Adaptives; mini sprints of only two days with the goal to bring something from concept to production. Strictly adhering to agile principles is essential in this endeavour.
